1. Payment Terms
Payment terms for a project or service are normally specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, purchase order, agreement or statement of work.
Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.
2. Advance Payments
Certain projects or services may require an advance payment before development, implementation, configuration or other work begins.
Where an advance payment is required, the applicable amount and payment conditions will be communicated before the project or service is commenced.
3. Recurring Services
Services such as hosting, server maintenance, annual maintenance, subscriptions or other recurring services may be billed according to the agreed billing cycle.
Renewal and cancellation conditions may be specified in the applicable service agreement.
4. Taxes and Additional Charges
Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, third-party service charges, hosting charges or other agreed expenses may be added to the applicable invoice where relevant.
5. Software Development Projects
Payments relating to custom software development, implementation or configuration may be linked to project milestones or agreed stages of delivery.
Once development or a project stage has commenced, payments may not be refundable where work, resources or third-party costs have already been incurred, subject to the applicable project agreement and law.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the stage of the project and the specific terms agreed with the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for completed services, delivered digital products, completed project milestones, consumed hosting or third-party services are generally not refundable.
7. Cancellation
A customer wishing to cancel a service or project should contact us as soon as possible.
Any refund or outstanding payment resulting from cancellation will be determined according to the applicable agreement, work already completed, committed resources and third-party costs.
8. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is deducted but the transaction is not successfully recorded with us, the customer should provide the transaction details so that the payment can be verified.
Duplicate payments identified as genuine duplicates may be reviewed and refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to verification.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
